The service department of E1 DYNAMICS is available around the clock, 365 days a year, to help our customers solve any unforseen events. With our dedication to partner with our client's installations, E1 service depots are established and maintained within 100 miles of each North American job site.
Maintenance
We actively monitor the maintenance of every system delivered and ensure that all units are strictly maintained according to our specifications. We offer standard or full maintenance programs, including tailor-made programs according to your specific requirements.
Guarantee
E1 DYNAMICS Solutions come standard with 2year warranty and preventive maintenace. Extended warranty and preventive maintenance contracts are available upon request.
Training
The delivery of a NO-BREAK E1 includes training for operators at EURO-DIESEL's headquarters or at the clients' site. Enhanced training programs for system updates or technological advancement are undertaken on a regular basis.
Surveillance
Monitoring the installed systems remotely via internet or modem is available and can be incorporated into any service agreement contract.
Spare parts
A good range and number of spare parts are made available in service depots around the world and many times the service depots are only miles from your job site.
